Ingredients
- Two chicken breasts
- Olive oil
- Half onion
- Half red, yellow and green paprika
- An egg
- Cornstarch
- Mushrooms
- Pineapple
- Soy sauce
- Vinegar
- Ketchup
- Chili powder
- Broth
- Sugar
Steps
- Cut the vegetables in dices
- Heat oil to 200Cº
- Cut the chicken in stripes, put it in a bowl with some soy sauce
- Add an egg and mix
- Sauté the vegetables at 200Cº. Dont’t shake it or add the salt until after 30 seconds to a minute
- Take out the vegetables before they are fully cooked
- Cook the mushrooms at 180Cº
- Cook the pineapple at 180Cº
- Cover the chicken with cornstarch
- Fry the chicken at 220Cº for 3-4 minutes
- In a empty pan add soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, chile powder, broth, sugar and water
- Add cornstarch with water to the sauce. Heat at 110Cº
- Add the vegetables and the chicken back to the pan and let it cook with the sauce
- Plate with chives
