Scramble eggs with champignons and bacon

Our favourite Sunday morning breakfast. Spread it on bread or just eat it… So creamy and savoury. 


  • 100g of bacon
  • 6 Small champignons 
  • 5 eggs
  • Pepper


  1. Heat up the pan with fat/oil
  2. Add the bacon when the pan reaches 100Cº
  3. Heat up to 160Cº-170Cº
  4. Clean and cut the champignons
  5. Add the mushrooms when the bacon is crispy for 4 min.
  6. Keep cooking at 170Cº for 5 min.
  7. Lower the fire and cool down the pan to 120Cº
  8. Add the eggs and stir continuously at 100Cº-120Cº for 3 min.
  9. Add pepper
  10. Enjoy!
