Our favourite Sunday morning breakfast. Spread it on bread or just eat it… So creamy and savoury.
Ingredients
- 100g of bacon
- 6 Small champignons
- 5 eggs
- Pepper
Steps
- Heat up the pan with fat/oil
- Add the bacon when the pan reaches 100Cº
- Heat up to 160Cº-170Cº
- Clean and cut the champignons
- Add the mushrooms when the bacon is crispy for 4 min.
- Keep cooking at 170Cº for 5 min.
- Lower the fire and cool down the pan to 120Cº
- Add the eggs and stir continuously at 100Cº-120Cº for 3 min.
- Add pepper
- Enjoy!
