Pieter is going to show you our first prototype and how to use Burnometer.
This is the graph Pieter is displaying:

We obtained this graph when we cooked the burgers that we show in the pictures that we are using in this web and the social networks. We heated the pan with the lid until it reached 135Cº, then we introduced the burgers. The yellow line is the air temperature inside the pan. The orange line is the temperature of the pan’s surface. If you check both lines, you can see temperature drops. That happened each time that we turned the burger. Also, you can see that Pieter decided to turn up the heat, which lead to the temperature increase in the second half of the graph.
Thanks to Burnometer we can measure the temperature to optimice cooking times and heat for different meals.
